Are the ‘In Store’ promotions available online?

Obviously our aim is to have our online store reflect all promotions offered in the store itself. However, there are sometimes occasions where an ‘in store’ special is simply not available online, simply as the product offered is not available through our web store.

Changes to my online shopping order.

Once you have clicked 'Confirm Order', the processing of your order commences and you cannot make any online changes to the order after that point. Our service is designed to fill and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Once you receive your order in the mail, simply return any unwanted items by following our Returns Policy instructions.

How exclusive are your products?

At Mitchell McCabe, we are pleased to say the products we choose to sell are not available everywhere, or in huge quantities. In fact they sell quite quickly, whether on line or in store. Not all products offered in the store are made available for purchase online as we run out of products before they can be made available for purchase via the web store. The best way to avoid disappointment and get what you wanted is to purchase online or in store as soon as you see it. Remember, if you snooze, you lose!

The item I ordered last week is now on sale, can I get a refund?

We always offer terrific value, and sometimes we reduce stock further to clear. In all possible cases, if a promotion is planned, we will give in store customers’ prior notice. Unfortunately, we do not offer an ‘online’ price guarantee, so we are unable to give a partial refund on subsequently reduced items.
