Delivery & Returns
At Mitchell McCabe, our aim is to dispatch your online purchase either on the same day if not next working day, but please allow 3 to 5 working days during busy periods. If an item is out of stock or sold out, we will contact you promptly so you can consider an alternative item.
Standard delivery within Australia is FREE for orders $75 AUD or more, otherwise a $9.95 delivery fee is applicable for orders under $75 AUD.
Please note we use Australia Post as our shipping partners at this stage. If items cannot be delivered, an attempted delivery slip will be left at your address advising you of where your goods can be collected from.
International (Rest of World)
Standard delivery (via DHL) for the Rest of World is FREE for orders $200 AUD or more, otherwise a $49.95 delivery fee is applicable for orders under $200 AUD.
Duties and taxes in your own country however are the responsibility of the customer.
At Mitchell McCabe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we will gladly accept return of the merchandise within 14 days of your receipt of the order. Returned merchandise should be unworn and in its original condition including tags. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any returns.

Please include a copy of your packing list as proof of purchase and make a note of the reason for your return. Please allow 10 working days from the receipt of your return, you will be advised by email when your refund has been processed. Refunds will be processed in the same manner as payments so if, for example, you paid by Visa you will receive a refund on your Visa.
If merchandise is received by us after the 14 day return period it may not qualify for a refund. In this case the parcel will be returned to the customer.
